June live cattle dropped $2.52½ to close at $243.55 while August feeder cattle fell $2.40 to finish at $358.95

Grains opened mixed this morning with soybeans higher early, corn softer and wheat mixed. A short dry Midwest window is helping planting before rain returns later this week. Geopolitical trade activity keeps things interesting so expect this tone to hold as we go into the close
