The Hedge Plus weather app provides the forecast in your area for today as well as the next 5 days. Beyond just providing the forecast, this tool provides yes/no answers as to whether or not the expected weather is conducive for farm specific activities. Once you enter your local zip code, the tool will tell you if any given day in the short term forecast is suitable for planting, suitable for harvest, suitable for pesticide or herbicide application, if there will be a severe weather threat, and finally whether or not there is a coming frost or freeze threat.
