Kayla Gettelman

I started at Hedge Plus in 2025 as the Sales and Marketing Director. I bring over eight years of experience in sales and customer success, along with a strong passion for helping others thrive. What drew me to Hedge Plus was the company’s mission-driven approach, working directly with farmers and prioritizing their long-term success. It’s refreshing to be part of a team that truly believes in building lasting relationships and making a difference in the agricultural community.

I was born and raised in Iron Ridge, Wisconsin, and graduated from Hartford High School in 2011. My fiancé, Jacob, and I are getting married in June 2026. We are proud parents to four amazing kids, Rylee (13), Brantley (11), Wesley (9), and Jonah (7). Together we enjoy hosting family cookouts, bonfires, and movie nights under the stars with our backyard projector.

When I’m not working or spending time with family, I enjoy exploring creative ways to connect with our customers. My favorite inspirational quote is: “Work hard, stay humble, and always make time for the people who matter most.”
